    All orders are processed within 2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. I fulfill orders Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If there are to be any delays in processing we will notify you. If for any reason you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days please contact us.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

    We ship to most countries but please email me at support@mammothheadwear if you're not able to checkout due to us not shipping to your country.

    Since shipping costs vary wildly depending on the country, there are no standard rates. To see the shipping costs, please begin the checkout process. After entering your address you will get several shipping rates depending on the country and the speed you want. I pass the rates directly to you without any extra costs.

    HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
    If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mammothheadwear.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

     

    SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

    I am only able to ship to P.O. boxes with USPS.

     

    REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

    Please see our return and refund policy here for more information.
    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mammothheadwear.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
