If you know your hat size, our hats fit sizes 7 3/4 up to 8 1/2. If your hat size is bigger than 8 1/2, check out our XXL hats here

Our hats are deep enough so they don't sit on top of your head or push down on your ears. We thought of everything when designing our hats for big heads.
Every single one of our hats is made with the highest quality materials that are durable and comfortable. Some customers have had their hats for years - and you will too!
We recommend using a white cloth with warm soapy water. Spot clean it using the cloth on the tip of your finger.
If you’re not happy with your hats, we'll give you a prepaid label (US orders only) and you can send it back for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

As soon as we receive and inspect the item we will process the refund. This usually takes a couple days.
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
All our hats are shipped from our US based warehouse within 1 business day of purchase.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
We currently only ship in the United States and Canada but are willing to make exceptions from time to time.
